Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Bookmark mobile application ("App") provided by Sho Fujimoto ("Developer"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

The App provides webpage summarization, bookmark saving, search, and categorization. The free tier limits the number of saved bookmarks; a premium subscription removes that limit.

2. Registration and personal data

The App does not require user registration. The Developer does not collect or store users' payment information; subscriptions are processed by the App Store / Google Play.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium access is provided via a subscription. The monthly price in Japan is JPY 300; other country prices are determined by the App Store / Google Play.
• Subscription management uses RevenueCat. Billing, auto‑renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the policies and procedures of the store where the subscription was purchased. To cancel auto‑renewal or request refunds, follow the instructions in the App Store or Google Play.

4. AI usage

The App uses Google Gemini to generate summaries. Summarization input may be transmitted to Gemini. The Developer is not responsible for Gemini's handling of data; please consult Google Cloud / Gemini policies.

5. Prohibited conduct

Users must not use the App for unlawful activities or to infringe others' rights. The Developer may remove content and suspend access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the App belongs to the Developer or licensors. Users may use saved summaries for personal purposes only; commercial use requires permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and summaries generated by AI may be inaccurate. The Developer is not liable for damages except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Data deletion and retention

Users may delete saved bookmarks within the App. Uninstalling the App removes local data. If cloud backup/sync is available, follow the App's controls to delete cloud copies.

9. Changes to Terms

The Developer may update these Terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts in the Developer's jurisdiction.
