Tokimeki AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application "Tokimeki AI" (the "App") provided by Sho Fujimoto (the "Developer"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. About the App

The App is a multilingual romance chat application where users talk with AI characters, deepen relationships expressed as "Love Point," and unlock additional characters as their total Love Point grows.

AI character messages, conversations, reactions, expressions, parameter changes, and other content shown in the App are provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent real people or organizations, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

2. Eligibility

You use the App at your own responsibility. The App may not be used by children under 13. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

3. Advertising

The App may display advertisements through services such as Google AdMob. Interstitial advertisements may be shown periodically while you use the App, such as while chatting. Advertising identifiers, device information, and related information may be used for ad delivery, ad measurement, personalized ads, and fraud prevention.

Purchasing the "Turbo" in-app items described below lets you chat without interstitial advertisements for the number of chats included in the purchase. Turbo does not remove all advertising from the App permanently; it skips interstitial ads only while ad-free chat credits remain.

4. In-App Purchases (Turbo)

Item Details

The App offers the following consumable in-app items ("Turbo"):

The prices above are the base prices in Japan. Displayed prices may vary by region, currency, and store fees. The exact price at the time of purchase is shown on the in-app purchase screen.

The App can be used for free. Without Turbo, interstitial advertisements are shown periodically while chatting. When you purchase Turbo, ad-free chat credits are added to your account on the device.

How Ad-Free Credits Work

• Each chat message you send consumes one ad-free credit.
• While one or more ad-free credits remain, interstitial advertisements are not shown.
• The remaining credit count is the number of chats you can send without ads. It is not a count of ads skipped.
• When your credits reach zero, the normal advertising behavior resumes.

Payment

Payment will be charged to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account at confirmation of purchase. Turbo items are consumable and are not auto-renewing subscriptions. No recurring charges occur.

Consumption and Restoration

Turbo items are consumable and are consumed as you chat. Because consumable items are used up through normal use, they generally cannot be restored after purchase, including after a device change or reinstallation. Ad-free credits are stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the App, reset your device, change devices, or due to operating system or device behavior.

Changes to Pricing or Item Content

The Developer may change pricing, item content, the number of ad-free chats included, and other benefits as needed. Any change applies to purchases made after the change takes effect.

Refund Policy

The Developer will not refund any fees already paid, for any reason whatsoever, unless otherwise stipulated by law. For refund requests, please contact Apple App Store or Google Play support.

The Developer uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) to process and manage in-app purchases.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some conversations and text in the App may be generated by AI. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unnatural, inappropriate, or different from what you intended.

You must use AI-generated content for entertainment purposes only and must not rely on it for important decisions, including medical, legal, financial, psychological, romantic, educational, or other professional matters.

The Developer does not guarantee AI character statements, conversation continuity, specific reactions, or specific results.

6. User Input

You are responsible for the content you enter into the App. You must not enter or submit:

• Personal or confidential information such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, or payment information
• Personal information of third parties or content that violates another person's privacy
• Content that violates laws or public order and morals
• Defamation, threats, harassment, or discriminatory expressions
• Excessively sexual, violent, or cruel expressions
• Content that encourages crime, self-harm, or dangerous acts

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Violating laws, these Terms, or platform terms
• Placing excessive load on the App, servers, networks, or third-party services
• Unauthorized access, modification, reverse engineering, analysis, cheating, or bot use
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the App
• Interfering with App operation, advertising, in-app purchases, or AI generation processes
• Copying, reposting, selling, distributing, or modifying App content without permission
• Any other conduct the Developer deems inappropriate

8. Saved Data

Conversation history, progress, settings, relationship parameters, ad-free credits, and other data are primarily stored on your device. Such data may be lost due to App deletion, device failure, operating system behavior, updates, or other circumstances.

The Developer does not guarantee the integrity, recoverability, or continued availability of saved data, including purchased ad-free credits.

9. Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer or their respective rights holders.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, repost, sell, distribute, modify, or otherwise reuse App content, characters, images, text, programs, or data without permission from the Developer.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for advertising, AI generation, in-app purchase processing, analytics, cloud infrastructure, and related purposes. Use of such third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

The Developer is not responsible for the content, availability, changes, suspension, failures, or information handling practices of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer

The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, continued availability, or error-free operation of the App.

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer, the Developer is not responsible for damages, data loss, device issues, disputes with third parties, or problems arising from the use of AI-generated content in connection with the App.

12. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

The Developer may change, suspend, or terminate the App's content, features, specifications, method of provision, supported operating systems, advertising, AI models, or third-party services without prior notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may update these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms become effective when posted or announced through the App, website, or other appropriate methods.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court that has jurisdiction over the Developer's location as the court of first instance.
