Love Quest Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application "Love Quest" (the "App") provided by Sho Fujimoto (the "Developer"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. About the App

The App is a romance simulation game where users can talk with AI characters, explore a school-life setting, improve player attributes, and build changing relationships with characters.

AI character messages, conversations, events, parameter changes, and other content shown in the App are provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent real people or organizations, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

2. Eligibility

You use the App at your own responsibility. The App may not be used by children under 13. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

3. Advertising

The App may display advertisements through services such as Google AdMob. Advertising identifiers, device information, and related information may be used for ad delivery, ad measurement, personalized ads, and fraud prevention. Subscribing to the Premium plan described below removes advertisements from the App.

For details on how advertising-related information is handled, please review the App's Privacy Policy and the policies of the relevant advertising service providers.

4. Subscription

Plan Details

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription:

The price above is the base price in Japan. Displayed prices may vary by region, currency, and store fees. The exact price at the time of purchase is shown on the in-app purchase screen.

The free plan allows up to 10 conversation turns per day. With Premium, the daily limit is extended to 50 turns and interstitial advertisements are not shown.

Payment

1. Payment will be charged to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account at confirmation of purchase.
2. A free trial period may be offered. No charge will occur during the free trial period, but if the cancellation procedure is not completed at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
3. The subscription automatically renews under the same terms unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. The renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to Cancel

• iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Android: Go to the Google Play app → Menu → Subscriptions.

Cancellation cannot be performed within the App. After cancellation, you can continue to use the Premium features until the end of the current billing period.

Restoring Purchases

If your purchase information no longer appears in the App due to a device change, reinstallation, or similar reason, you can restore previous purchases by tapping "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen or in the in-app settings screen. To restore purchases, you must sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Changes to Pricing or Plan Content

The Developer may change pricing, plan content, the daily turn limit, and other benefits as needed. If pricing is increased or terms are changed in a way that is unfavorable to users, the Developer will notify users in advance and provide an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.

Refund Policy

The Developer will not refund any usage fees already paid, for any reason whatsoever, unless otherwise stipulated by law. For refund requests, please contact Apple App Store or Google Play support.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some conversations and text in the App may be generated by AI. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unnatural, inappropriate, or different from what you intended.

You must use AI-generated content for entertainment purposes only and must not rely on it for important decisions, including medical, legal, financial, psychological, romantic, educational, or other professional matters.

The Developer does not guarantee AI character statements, conversation continuity, specific reactions, or specific game results.

6. User Input

You are responsible for the content you enter into the App. You must not enter or submit:

• Personal or confidential information such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, or payment information
• Personal information of third parties or content that violates another person's privacy
• Content that violates laws or public order and morals
• Defamation, threats, harassment, or discriminatory expressions
• Excessively sexual, violent, or cruel expressions
• Content that encourages crime, self-harm, or dangerous acts

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Violating laws, these Terms, or platform terms
• Placing excessive load on the App, servers, networks, or third-party services
• Unauthorized access, modification, reverse engineering, analysis, cheating, or bot use
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the App
• Interfering with App operation, advertising, or AI generation processes
• Copying, reposting, selling, distributing, or modifying App content without permission
• Any other conduct the Developer deems inappropriate

8. Saved Data

Conversation history, progress, settings, relationship parameters, and other data are primarily stored on your device. Such data may be lost due to App deletion, device failure, operating system behavior, updates, or other circumstances.

The Developer does not guarantee the integrity, recoverability, or continued availability of saved data.

9. Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer or their respective rights holders.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, repost, sell, distribute, modify, or otherwise reuse App content, characters, images, text, programs, or data without permission from the Developer.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for advertising, AI generation, analytics, cloud infrastructure, and related purposes. Use of such third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

The Developer is not responsible for the content, availability, changes, suspension, failures, or information handling practices of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer

The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, continued availability, or error-free operation of the App.

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer, the Developer is not responsible for damages, data loss, device issues, disputes with third parties, or problems arising from the use of AI-generated content in connection with the App.

12. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

The Developer may change, suspend, or terminate the App's content, features, specifications, method of provision, supported operating systems, advertising, AI models, or third-party services without prior notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may update these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms become effective when posted or announced through the App, website, or other appropriate methods.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court that has jurisdiction over the Developer's location as the court of first instance.
