Article 2 (Method of Collecting Privacy Information)

The Developer may collect users' Privacy Information in the following ways:

  1. Information Provided by the User: When a user contacts the Developer, the user may be asked to provide personal information such as email address and other information. This Application does not have an account registration feature.

  9. To respond to reports of inappropriate AI-generated content.
  10. For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use.

Article 4 (Regarding Use of Generative AI)

To generate stories, chat replies, and messages from the boyfriend, and to create notes about the user from conversations, this Application sends the following information to the Developer's servers (Cloudflare), which then send it to third-party generative AI services (hereinafter referred to as "AI Service Providers"):

  • Messages sent, story choices, and recent conversation history
  • Nickname, gender, and the name the boyfriend calls the user
  • Notes about the user extracted from conversations, story progress, and affection level
  • The name, gender, relationship, and personality of characters the user creates (photos are not sent)
  • The device language, the date and time on the device, and whether today is the user's birthday

The AI Service Providers are:

  • DeepSeek API (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.): creating notes from conversations; generation when the app language is Japanese or Finnish; and generation in other languages when Qwen fails
  • Qwen (Alibaba Cloud Model Studio; Alibaba Cloud): generation of stories, chat replies, and messages from the boyfriend when the app language is neither Japanese nor Finnish
  • OpenAI API (OpenAI, L.L.C.): backup generation when DeepSeek or Qwen cannot generate a response, and a check of whether the input is safe in that case

Regarding how transmitted information is handled by said AI Service Providers, please check their privacy policies listed in Article 5. The Developer does not store users' input information or conversation history on the Developer's servers. However, communication logs and error logs may be recorded temporarily for troubleshooting and security.

If the user reports AI-generated content using the in-app report feature, the reported content, the character name, and the date and time of the report are stored on the Developer's servers (Cloudflare) so that the Developer can review the content and improve this Application.

Do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat, such as your real name, address, phone number, email address, passwords, payment information, or health information.

Article 5 (Use of Third-Party Services and Information Collection Modules)

When users make in-app purchases, purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase dates, platform account purchase status, and device or app identifiers may be processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for purchase processing, receipt validation, fraud prevention, customer support, and entitlement or credit management. The Developer does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers or other payment credentials.

This app serves ads via Google AdMob with the "automatically add ad partners" setting enabled. As a result, advertising identifiers, IP address, and device information may be shared with third parties registered in the IAB TCF v2.2 vendor list (approximately 200 ad networks, ad-tech vendors, and data brokers) for ad delivery and measurement. The current list of partners is available inside the consent dialog (Google UMP consent form) shown on first launch, and at:

If you live in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the GDPR / UK GDPR grant you the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the inquiry desk at the end of this policy. To withdraw or change your consent, also contact the inquiry desk at the end of this policy.

Furthermore, if you do not wish to receive personalized advertisements, you can restrict the use of advertising identifiers by changing your mobile device's OS settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" for iOS, or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" for Android). However, this will not prevent advertisements from being displayed.

Article 10 (Data Retention Policy)
